The property of 56 200 m2 area was purchased in May 2005 and than divided and puted into the process of diverting.
As the effect there were created four independent plots. The first one, residential, was sold to Spanish developer Layetana.The second is build with an office building Cybernetyki 7, the third and fourth one were built up with two phases of CybernetykiOffice Park.
The first phase was commenced in September 2007 and the development of eight storey Helion building comprising of 8 930 m2 was finished in August 2007. The property was fully leased and sold in December 2007 to German investment fund DEKA Immobilien.
