Ludwik Szanser’ s historic residential building at 69 Koszykowa Street, was built in years 1895-96 as a four storey building. At the end of 90’s of XIX century the building was developed of backhouses, however only the left part survived War. It was about 1905 when another living floor was added.

The building was fully refurbished in 2009. Currently the building situated in the central part of prestigious historical area offers high class apartments form 52 m²to 115 m².
