The plot comprises a 4.25 hectare corner site lying approximately opposite the existing CBA Central Distribution Centre. A planning permit has been granted for the first two phases which will provide a total of 11,300 sq m of multi-let warehousing, comprising 9,446 sq m warehouse on ground level and 1,857 sq m mezzanine office / manipulation areas. In due course a third phase of approximately 7,000 sq m will be added. Units are available for pre-lease from 515 sq m with 60 sq m office / manipulation area.
